This 3 Bedroom Villa (170 sqm) is fully furnished : fully equipped kitchen, aircon, wifi, jacuzzi and a terrace with stunning ocean views that overlook the windsurfing/kiting bay. All units have 30m2 to 40m2 verandas on which to enjoy the spectacular views. The windsurfing/kiting season runs from November to April each year.
The villas are a home away from home with fully decked out kitchen large flat screen TVs, Internet so no need to go out partying every night. They are perfect for families or large groups of friends. A BBQ is also available.
The villa is not on the White Beach, however, you can reach the place in 5 minutes of shuttle or in 15 minutes walk.
During your spare time, you can enjoy the large swimming pool. A restaurant and a grocery shop are available in case you are hungry.

Cancellation policy:
a) 60 days prior to guest arrival full refund
b) If a customer cancels a confirmed reservation less than 60 days preceding the check in date total amount will be forfeited
c) All confirmed booking during Super Peak Periods no refund
d) No show- total amount will be forfeited

Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
