The apartment " Soppalco" , at Borgo Santa Maria in Valle in Laterina , can host from 4 up to 6 people. It is suitable for families or groups of friends who have a car and want to visit the amazing and wonderful Tuscany (near Arezzo) and live an authentic Tuscan experience. The villa is located in a very relaxing and peaceful area surrounded by Tuscan countryside; it has its own garden with outdoor swimming pool where our guests can relax during s holidays.
The Villa apartment is restored in original Tuscan country style. It is part of “Borgo Santa Maria in Valle” Holiday House in Laterina - Arezzo Area - Tuscany, an old farm house which has been recently restored and renovated and which has 4 apartments each one with its own entrance.

Price, Services And Welcome Present:
The apartment is nice and relaxing . We are very attentive to the needs of our clients and available to provide all the necessary information so that you can better organize your holiday. All with a good quality / price ratio.
All our guests will find a nice welcome present at their arrival.
The Price Includes : Water, Electricity, Wifi, Bed linen and towels (changed once per week), final cleaning fees (to be carried out after your departure) and Gpl consumption from 1st May up to 30th September.
The Price Does Not Includes:
- Gpl for heating from 1st October up to 30th April . Gpl will have to be paid at the check-out on the base of the real consumption; the cost is Euro 5,00 / cubic meter.
- Towels for Swimming Pool available on request (€5/towel).

The house has a common garden with flowers, Bbq, tables, chairs, and umbrellas where you can relax and admire the stars during the beautiful evenings of Tuscan countryside.
Our Holiday House have also an Outdoor Swimming Pool with umbrellas and subdes where our guests can relax and refresh during their summer holidays.

The apartment is surrounded by green fields of Tuscany in the countryside near Laterina, Arezzo, under the mountain of Pratomagno, famous for nature , wildlife , small ancient villages, good food and fine wines .

If you come from the airport of Rome (or from the South): take the A1 motorway, exit at "arezzo" and then proceed with direction "pergine"; at the intersection of Pergine, turn on the right when you find the Sign "emmaus" or "Fattoria Rimaggio" and follow this street (via Santa Maria in Valle) for 2 Km.
