The house has two floors and two gardens: a small garden in the front, and a bigger one out of the kitchen.
In the ground floor there is a living-room with fireplace, a wide kitchen and a bathroom with shower;
the first floor has three bed-rooms: a double room with private bathroom (shower), a room with two separate beds (which cannot be put aside), a room with one bed, and another bathroom.
In total there are three bedrooms for five people, and three bathrooms.
The house offers the possibility of exploring this beautiful area by car or by bicycle (a 40-km bike way not far from the house connects Peschiera with Mantua), visiting the small ancient villages (borghetto, Villafranca, Monzambano, Castellaro Lagusello…) and the tourist attractions (gardaland, Movieland, Parco Acquatico Cavour).
A golf field is at a short distance.
Valeggio is well known for its kitchen (there are 42 restaurants) and the area is renowned for the production of wine (franciacorta).
Every 4° Sunday of each month there is and interesting antique and brocantage exhibition.
Mid June: the Feast of Love Knot, with a very long table on the Ponte Visconteo, where you can eat.
Do not forget the opera season at the Arena of Verona!
