The villa has 5 spacious bedrooms including a large balcony overlooking sea views. It is situated only 2 km away from the beach and nightlife in Patong. The villa includes a private swimming pool, two master bedrooms equipped with flat screen TVs, home theatre systems and jacuzzi for two. All rooms are air-conditioned, come with decorative fan, and feature polished teak wood floor, rich Thai silk & fabrics, and are equipped with en-suite facilities.

The villa sits within a gated community with 24-hour security to ensure safe and secure environment. You can enjoy sea views from all three levels and the private pool. All five bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, including showers, toilets, and wash basins.
The Villa boasts a fully equipped, modern kitchen, including refrigerator, microwave, stoves & ovens, electric cooker hood over a center island design with plenty of equipment cabinets. You will find all the conveniences and utensils to which you are accustomed.

The neighborhood
Patong is considered one of the most desirable area in Phuket. Everything you require is within walking distance. Patong Beach, nightlife with international restaurants and shops are just 5-minute drive. The nearest Golf courses are within a 10-minute drive. Patong also boasts a residence with panoramic views of the sea and mountains.
