The building is located very close to "wały Chrobrego" (Chrobry Embankment) and Odra River, in the front of a beautiful park, through which you can reach any shopping centre in 10 min, 10min walk to Old Town and 20 min walk from the train station. It has one bedroom with a double bed, working space, Tv, kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, fridge, kettle and a bathroom. There is no lift in the building.
The greatest adventure of this apartment is the location - in the center, but in the front of a beautiful park, which makes the area very quiet. Moreover, the apartment has nice kitchen with all needed equipments; oven, microwave, fridge, kettle, very cozy bedroom with double bed, working space and nice bathroom with a washing machine. The apartment is a perfect fit for everyone coming to Szczecin on a business trip, as well as to relax.

A lot of cafes, pubs and restaurants are literally “on the spot”, just go down the street. Each of them serves a different cuisine and everyone will surely find something for themselves.
20 min walk from the train station - the walking path is very beautiful among the river. Through park (10min walk) you can reach a lot of shopping centers and there you can get access to buses and tramps, which you can reach any part of Szczecin.
Party, hosting any events and smoking are absolutely forbidden in this apartment!
