The property is the nicest home on the block. The neighborhood is fabulous, and features shopping and restaurants nearby. While the CAN'T BEAT LOCATION is definitely the showstopper, it is not the only highlight. The Severina Vacation Rental was tastefully decorated with high quality furnishings, and really has a "beach getaway" feel. Enjoy the coastal breeze from your private screened lanai, pool and hot tub. Enjoy home cooked meals in the fully stocked kitchen and dining area.
The pool deck is very inviting and features a sun bathing area. Lounge out by the pool and catch some sun, or enjoy an afternoon treat on the covered lanai. The house is fully fenced, so your tropical getaway is totally private.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT:
- Check in time is 3pm. Earlier arrival can be accommodated for free based on availability.
- Check out time is 10am.
- No need to check in like a hotel, or meet us for the keys. Our properties all have smart locks, so you can check in at any time by going right to the property and plugging in your code!
