The Zennova Flowers City Center Apartment is one-bedroom flat (49 sqm) has been just renovated and decorated so that you have moments of relaxation when you turn from your tour of the city of Thessaloniki. It may welcome all our guests that want to be in the heart of the city center, with a few minutes' walk to all sights ( the Ancient Roman Agora ruins at Aristotelous Square, to Agios Dimitrios Church............)
Our new apartment, in the very heart of Thessaloniki, can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people, although it is also ideal for solo-travelers.
The bedroom has a new bed and mattress where 2 people can sleep. The living room has a sofa bed that can accommodate two adults or children.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you want, such as a coffee filter, espresso machine, kettle, microwave oven & electric cooker, and that will make your stay more comfortable. The apartment was completely refurbished in 2019, with special care and quality equipment.
You will enjoy the high quality 100% cotton bed linen & towels as well as premium toiletries.
Living room & Bedroom has flat-screen TV ( one Smart), A/C unit and access to the small balcony where you can enjoy your coffee.
The best aspect of this apartment is definitely its location! If you’re visiting Thessaloniki for sight-seeing, you’ll definitely love this apartment!
Although the apartment is so centrally located, it is in a very quiet neighborhood, yet close to practically everything, from cafes and cozy spots for dinner and drinks, to all main landmarks and market of the city.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a very quiet building. Just around the corner you'll find everything you might need during your stay, like supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, cafes and plenty of spaces for sightseeing.

take your rubbish out on a daily basis. Recyclables may be separated, gathered altogether in large bags and be thrown into large blue bins located under the apartment.
keep it quiet during :
15:00 – 17:30 and 23:00 – 07:00 (1/4 – 30/9)
15:30 – 17:30 and 22:00 – 07:30 (1/10 – 31/3).
save resources, both water and electricity. Please think in a more sustainable way and do not let water running useless or the A/Cs working while balcony doors are open.
