This elegant and unobtrusive one bedroom apartment with a sofa bed is located right in the middle of beautiful Bristol and offers short distances to most of the town's attractions while not in the middle of all hustle and bustle.

?The home is redecorated in a sleek, modern and tasteful style which offers a great place for your stay in Bristol. The bed has a comfortable mattress and the sofa is a big pull-out, sleeping two guests comfortably. The large and bright kitchen is fully equipped and offers a great space for cooking and gathering. The kitchen area opens up to to the homes breakfast and dinner table and the living room. The open space eating and living area come with a large TV and a big sofa, perfect place for relaxed evenings with a book or for watching TV. The whole home has large windows on all sides which make sure everything is supplied with a lot of natural light and comes with wooden floors throughout the home. It’s also equipped with high-speed WiFi and plenty of space, such as a desk and workstation to get work done should you need it. There are also a washer and an iron should you want to use them. There are parking spaces close by should you need to park your car.

You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with smart locks, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.

The area around the house has a lot of cute local shops, culture and many great restaurants and coffee shops. The neighbourhood itself is quiet and safe and has a lot of green spaces and parks.

The home profits from being in such a great location. Since you’re so close to the river and other attractions, this place is perfect for someone who wants to explore beautiful Bristol by foot. The surrounding areas are easy to get to and around. There are affordable Taxis and Uber as well as public transport available should you not want to walk.

This home requires guests to use stairs to access it and may not be suitable for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility. This home is beautifully designed, but is not childproofed. Guests who want to bring younger children should be aware that it may not be suitable for little ones. This home is right in the centre of the city and while it’s safely away from traffic, you can hear the hustle and bustle of the city. The home is surrounded by the sights, sounds, and smells of the cafes, restaurants and bars around it, perfect for those who want exciting things to do right on their doorstep. Because the home is surrounded by cafes and restaurants, you may be able to smell food from these restaurants - not unpleasant, just worth noting for those with a keen sense of smell. Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens.
