Fully fitted beautiful 3-storey semi detached house (3,540sqft) with everything you need to make a fantastic holiday just bring a smile. 4 queen beds for each bedroom and additional 2 single beds at master room. The master bedroom has an en-suite. There is a Tv (astro) and Dvd player. The kitchen is fully fitted out with all the necessary crockery and cutlery, kitchen cooking items. Both bathrooms offer a glass enclosed shower with upgraded fixtures. Fully fitted kitchen with everything you need. The rooms can sleep 10 pax on bed comfortably. We have additional floor mattress to accommodate extra guests (4 pax).

The Attraction Of Penang
If you’d rather seek out the greener side of Penang, here are some activities right up your alley :

1. Take a dip in Ara river
Flowing beside the hill of Fig Tree Resort is Ara River, where you can splash around in its cool, clear waters and polish off a picnic lunch while you dry off among the smooth rocks.

2. Walk among the blooms of the Botanic Garden
Penang’s Botanic Garden is a contrast to the wilds of the rainforest. Its well-kept and manicured grounds are home to a wide variety of endemic and exotic plant species.

3. Climb (or ride) to the top of Penang Hill
From the Botanic Garden’s Moon Gate, you can find the start of the trail up Penang Hill, known locally as Bukit Bendera (flag Hill). If you’re not too keen on a hike, you can still find your way to the top via the funicular train.

4. Hit the trails at Penang National Park
It contains a range of flora and fauna, from mangrove forests and white sandy beaches to canopy walkways

Guest has access to whole property.

Strictly no wedding ceremony (no car horns in the morning for 'bride-fetching ' ceremony) , no party, no catering (even though a small One), no event, not canopy, table/chairs etc setup. Solely for accommodation only.

Standard check in is 2pm. However, if we have back to back check out/in, 4pm check in time will be applied.

This is a self-cater home.

The house caters to both adults and children and the house is a home away from home. For beach lovers, we have condominiums by the sea available in other part of Penang state that will sleep up to a total of 5-6 pax. If you plan to get very close to the city (georgetown), we have some apartments available sleep up to 6 pax.
