The entire villa has air conditioners lined up in every area, beginning from the spacious living area with a swimming pool view, an interesting multi winged fan, soft sofa sitting, a television with cable and a decent music system, with a dining section to it's left which is adjacent to a sweet fully equipped kitchen with all essentials including crockery, utensils and a water purifier.
The sweet private villa is located in Vagator, close to Anjuna Petrol Pump, merely 1.5 kms from Vagator beach overlooking varied ornamental and fruit bearing trees of a French Horticulturalist spread over 2 acres.
This splendid view is at your disposal beyond a big very well maintained and well filtered swimming pool.
Pool can be accessed via the front entrance way or the villa living area or even the master bedroom with it's own private sitout.

You can order in from a nearby restaurant, they deliver to the villa.
For home made stuff without the effort, we can help hire a private cook for you, who will discuss the daily menu, get fresh ingredients on your behalf and cook up tasty dishes.
In case of electric blackouts (not uncommon in Goa) we have an invertor battery set.
Eating Arrangements
As a full service Vacation Villa company, we understand that eating arrangements constitute a big part of your travel plans.
Our Goa Support Team can even assist you with pre-stocking. Simply share your list via email of favourite drinks, snacks, shampoos, shower gels or toiletries that you prefer and our team will have it ready for you at the villa pre check-in. You can pay them direct for the same at the villa itself.
We encourage self-cooking in our villas, our kitchens are well equipped with ample cookware, serve ware and cooking masala. We also have separate serving ware for our vegetarian guests.
If you prefer home cooked food, we have arrangements with local cooks / chefs, who for a charge of INR 2,500 upwards will come and prepare dishes at the property itself. You can plan your menu before hand so that the cook can buy the freshest ingredients on your behalf and prepare the dishes at reasonable timings for about 8 odd guests, bigger groups should consider hiring additional cooks.

Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
