With the coastal tram you can also visit the surrounding seaside resorts such as Bruges. In the surroundings of Ostend you can enjoy cycling on special paths that run parallel to the coast. A trip with the children to Plopsaland De Panne or to Sealife in Blankenberge is really worthwhile.
