The apartment in the villa is on the first floor going up a comfortable wooden staircase and can accommodate up to 6 people. Entirely air-conditioned, it consists of 3 bedrooms each with its own bathroom with shower, 2 double bedrooms and a twin bedroom. The living room with sofa has a kitchen cabinet. The house has ample parking, wifi, satellite Tv, washing machine. Outside the structure has a rectangular swimming pool (4.50 x8.00 xdept 1.50) furnished with sun loungers whose use is guaranteed from June to September weather conditions allowing.
