Pet fee is included if you'd like to bring your dog (1 pet) with you. We must be notified in advance as to the breed. Sleeps up to 4, one queen size bed and a pullout couch, full bath with stand up shower only, and a small kitchen with everything you need to cook a small meal. Luxury hotel bedding, snacks and water included, organic coffee offered. Homestead Heritage is less than a mile away. Rate is for 2 people, additional people are $12.50 per person extra, up to 4 people max in each room.
The Space:
This cabin is Cabin 4 and is the only pet friendly cabin we have to offer. The pet fee is automatically included in the rental. We still need to know the breed and the fee could increase based on size and breed. The price also changes if bringing more than one pet.
The cabins are like a small hotel suite. It measures approximately 260 square feet. See photos for a photo of the layout of the cabins. Please be advised that the second bed is a pullout sofa. If you're trying to sleep 4 people with the same comfort, you're probably not going to find it sleeping on the pullout. There are 2 buildings with 2 cabins located in each building, so you are renting one side. If using the pullout, some room rearrangement will be necessary. We do not offer televisions in any of our cabins.
Post Oak RV Park and Cabins has 4 cabins available, so if calendar says we are booked, we may have availability. Be advised that the business name is Post Oak RV Park and Cabins, so we have RV Guests as well as cabin guests. We are only 15 minutes from Baylor and we are located in the country, but the time for you to get to your particular location at Baylor will depend. Close to Homestead Heritage for food and shopping.

A reminder that we are a smoke free property. There is no smoking allowed on any of the premises. Any evidence of smoke in the cabins or RV’s will result in automatic extra cleaning fees, as stated in the house manual.
Guest Access:
Access to your room and walking trails. Free wifi access. Iron is available upon request.

The Neighborhood:
Located right off FM 933 (Gholson Rd) and is easy to locate from Waco. Homestead Heritage is less than a mile away!
Getting Around:
Located within 15 Minutes of Lake Waco, The Texas Ranger Museum, Baylor University, The Dr. Pepper Museum, Cameron Park Zoo and Baylor's McClane Stadium is within 10 minutes.
Other Things to Note:
There is a pet fee included in the price if you'd like to bring your dog with you. We must be notified in advance if you are bringing your pet because we only allow pets in Cabin 4. Your pet must be kenneled if left indoors and you are not there. Pet fee is included in nightly price and is per pet.
The pullout items will be provided when the reservation is for 3-4 people. We do not normally have pullout items available for 2 people, unless specifically asked for in advance, and there is usually an added fee when there are only 2 people for use of the pullout. This covers added cleaning fees.

Non Refundable: This is the strictest clause. As soon the booking is confirmed & payment is accepted, booking becomes non-refundable. Zero amount will be refunded to the customer if she or he cancels the booking.
