The apartment consists of 2 very large double bedrooms with the possibility of adding cots and baby cots and two spacious bathrooms with shower cubicle. One of the en suite rooms is located in an annexe, detached from the apartment with exclusive access from the garden and not communicating with the same. Particularly elegant and well-decorated furnishings will make your stay unforgettable. The owner who owns part of the property through her exclusive access is a single lady who will never use Pool and Outdoor and you will probably not even notice her presence. The Villa consists of only two apartments that are rented out and if you wish it you can rent it totally for having it totally and privately at your disposal through the announcement of 3 rooms.
A private and well-kept park of 2000 square meters is the strength of the residence. The park is completely enclosed and creates a lot of privacy within the property and becomes an extremely safe area for children. The 33 square meters pool and its sun loungers and sun loungers will be your exclusive use as the 3 large gazebos. A 16 square meter gazebo is used as a relaxing and shaded area for the pool area. The care of the single detail means that nothing is left to the case both for the furniture and the surrounding park. The owners will be at your disposal to advise you on your daily excursions as well as on food and wine as Tuscany is a must see for you to enjoy and drink. In the summertime you will be able to arrange themed theme evenings on request, where you can taste typical Tuscan cuisine and feel Italian for an evening.
