Our property is located 5 km from San Severino Marche, in the heart of the Marche Region, 40 km from the sea and 40 km from the mountain. We are surrounded by silence and nature, scents and country flavors and enjoy a breathtaking panorama. The rooms are very large and equipped with Tv and private bathroom, very comfortable beds, desk and terrace or porch exterior, professional kitchen, large dining room, lots of outdoor spaces for fun and relaxation, large pool with panoramic terrace, children's playground , Soccer field and volleyball, bio interior products shop, mountain bike rental, walking and running routes, farm activities in the farm and much more
Our structure consists of 7 lodgings with 3/4 beds and a local kitchen, dining room, outdoor laundry, outdoor outdoor pool, soccer field and green volleyball, children playground and lots of green space. Everything is available for our exclusive guests
San Severino Marche, a city of art history and culture, enogastronomy of the highest level and a very well-kept and cultivated territory in every aspect
Our property is completely surrounded by our farmland with Bio methods. We are very careful about the environment and in fact we only use renewable sources for our company. Biomass, Sun and Geothermal are the only energy sources we use to feed everything. We are happy to share with our guests our experience and we hope that this servant will develop the industry
