Studio Le Clos du Papoune in Nyons, («le Petit Nice» (same sunning rate as Nice)) in the Drôme Provençale. While there is not a superb view on the mountains or rural area from the holiday rental, thanks to its ideal situation you will be able to enjoy the commodities of the village of Nyons, while still having your full privacy and staying in a very calm area of Nyons. Possibility for private heated swimming pool and wellness.
The studio forms part of the holiday rental "le Clos du Papoune" is situated in a very calm area in Nyons, Drôme Provencale, South France. If you rent the studio you will have the whole area for you alone, there will be nobody occupying the rest of the house.
The comfortable studio for rent is fully equipped with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, ...). A washing machine is also freely available. Throughout the holiday rental as well as the garden, there is free Wifi. Part of the terras is covered and a barbecue is present.
Thanks to its situation within the house, it is fully flexible. There is even a possiblity to add access to the private swimming pool, as well as sleeping for a little child/baby. Furthermore, a wellness area (e.g. sauna) can also be rendered accessible. Please do not hesitate to enquire about the possibilities. Your privacy is fully guaranteed during your staying at this holiday house.
A bakery, grocery shop, shop of,the cave cooperative (back of the building visible from certain parts of the garden) and news shop is reachable by feet (300 m). A shopping mall is present at 700 m.
The private swimming pool (10x5m) is secured with floating curtain.
An outside shower allows a refreshing rinse during the pool season, without the need to enter the house. On the second terrace under the pine trees, the hammac is the perfect place for reading your favorite book or a relaxing nap.
Games, books, baby cot, highchair, babybath, stroller... all freely available.
Plenty of activities are possible in the neighbourhood, such as walking, canyoning, Bicycle/vtt, climbing, tourism (montelimar, Orange, Vaison la Romaine, Nyons, Richerenches, Crest, crocodile farm,.. ..), accrobranche, golf, ... Rent this house in the Drome Provencale, a part of South France for a relaxing holiday and recharging your batteries.

On 50m of the villa, there is a busstop (local bus is free). At this stop also the bus to e.g. Montélimar stops. There are several free safe parking spots next to the house.
An end of stay cleaning is not included in the rental price. If you would like to take the optional end of stay cleaning, please inform us in advance. Many thanks in advance.
You will be the only users of the house during your stay. Also the garden and pool (if option taken) will be for you alone (cfr blue parts on the plan). While there is no superb view, you will be close to all commodities (grocery, supermarker, backery, restaurant,...) by feet. All this while your privacy is guaranteed. The villa is situated in a calm area of Nyons in a dead end street (no passing traffic).
