You will have access and exclusive use of the entire villa, garden and private pool. You will occupy all bedrooms if desired.
You will be interacting directly with the owner via email and locally with the property manager, daytime maintenance person, night guard and housekeeper. We run this villa at a very personal level and it is our goal to make your stay as fantastic and rewarding as possible.
You will have the contact information for the property manager locally for any services, problems or needs that may arise during your stay. We will also provide you with a list of recommended personal items that will be useful for you while in the area.
You are always welcome to email us your questions and will do our best to answer them promptly and full honesty is always our motto.
The villa is located in a fenced private community of eight houses with your private car carport inside the development. The house has a security alarm system. The development is patrolled by a security guard during the evenings. It is quiet and conveniently accessible to the center of the town.
You will be able to walk to Playa Las Ballenas, most restaurants and the center of the city from the villa.
Prior to your arrival you will receive a 20 page guide of suggestions with detail information in regards to :
Beaches, Points of interest and attractions, Restaurants, Shopping, Hospitals and Pharmacies in the area of Las Terrenas, Samana.
If interested in booking for less than three nights please send an inquire, those are consider as well based on availability and other factors.
Same Day Request:
May require a later check in time and additional requirements to accommodate your needs.
Changes in check in and check out times are granted only based on availability related to other bookings and there may be price adjustments to accommodate your needs.
Electricity:
Electricity coverage besides customary in your stay will be paid separate. The meter will be read upon your arrival and upon your departure or weekly. Usual customary electricity is included however extra consumption will be deducted from your electric deposit, paid in cash at checkout or paid weekly if long term rental. All the details related with electric consumption will be explained at your arrival.
At the time of your check in a small cash deposit of Us $50 will be collected if your stay is for three nights or less and Us $100 if four nights or more. The deposit will be return at the time of your check out if there was no extra electricity consumption.
Housekeeper:
You will be really on vacation as you deserve!! No list of duties at your Checkout!!! Daily housekeeping Monday thru Saturday except on the day of your arrival and the day of your departure...!!
Parking:
You will have with your rental once parking slot at no additional charge and a second car can be parked right behind as long as it does not disturb other neighbors. At times there are unoccupied villas and therefore available parking lots, this will be based on a daily occupancy of other villas and with no guarantee.

Non Refundable: This is the strictest clause. As soon the booking is confirmed & payment is accepted, booking becomes non-refundable. Zero amount will be refunded to the customer if she or he cancels the booking.
