Room Description:
An east facing, glass-fronted 12 ft. x l4 ft. living space with an attached bathroom. Room overlooks the top of a pine tree! Convertible into a double (king) or twin as required. Apartment key, & wardrobe keys are provided to one occupant. Soft blue & cream walls, hanging lights, wall lights and a bedside lamp. Floor rugs, full length mirror, clock showing local time.

Room is fitted with a split air conditioner, fan, and in winter a room heater is provided. Hot water bottle on request. Running hot and cold water 24x 7 ? Regular power supply too - a little unusual in most parts of Delhi!..

TV - 21 " screen, colour, with cable - numerous channels including CNBC, HBO, Star Movies, AXN, Discovery, Animal Planet,etc. Many local news & film channels.

Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
