We are 100m away from the main plaza where the 'Parrandas Remedianas', one of the three most relevant festivals of cuban traditional popular culture, are held every year. The High Paroquial Church of 'San Juan Bautista', the oldest building in town, stands in the plaza’s southern side and also accross the plaza and opposite to the church stands the Music Museum 'Casa Natal de Alejandro Garcia Caturla', where the original scores of this authentic composer are guarded. We are 45 kmaway from the beautiful beaches of Santa Maria Cay and the awesome 'Perla Blanca' Beach and also 45 km away is 'Rancho Querete', the main option of ecotourism, with hiking, horseback riding, cockfighting, and swim in the river.
