We have changed our air con system and made big cleaning of mould as guests complained in their review. This is our new listing: Top Superhost listing on airbnb. A Studio located in Patong low rise Hill, walking to Patong beach about 3 kms or use free shuttle to Patong and Jung Ceylon from the building, check timing at reception. King bed, Kitchen, Balcony, washing machine, Smart Tv 55 inches, free wifi. There are big swimming pool, jaguzzi, Gym on top of Pool and Patong beautiful view corridor.
3 times a day Free Shuttle from the compound to 3 stations at Jung Ceylon shopping mall, 2 stations at Patong Beach South and North station 4 times a day at 9am, 11am, 2pm and 4pm (starting from 15March2020). The shuttle will run in routh so you can come back to Apartment from such stop too.
It is Studio with King Size bed, Smart Curved Tv 55 inches, Kitchen with full facilities. There is nice balcony with seating facing the garden and tree, fresh air. Free super fast wifi private and free from compound, washing machine, (within the apartment and dryer in laundry room on ground floor), microwave,stove, hood, refrigerator, kitchen ware, utensils, and Patong view from top of building. You may have to walk through local residents, so please do understand their living style. They are local residents such as Tuk Tuk driver, speedboat, jet ski and boxing class club nearby.

Easy to contact Host through all media; whatapp, Line and Wechat between 7am till 9pm. There is staff to help you to check in and check out, and we do provide our staff contact number to help you all times. Reception is very helpful and you can contact them for any emergency at late night especially. We will support and help you all time during your stay, so you can be peace of mind.
We are located on low rise hill near Pa tong but you will need to pass to local resident area, which may be look unpleasant for some travelers but this is the fact of their living style. Please open mind on this but most important thing is it is very safe. You will pass through Boxing stadium, local house, garbage center of the residence and other things, which are uncontrollable for us. This is their life style, so please do accept it but not to criticize them. Free shuttle in morning.
