Orange Grove House is located in the heart of Postira, a lively fishing village on the Dalmatian Coast. Massively built of white marble, it is close to the outdoor farmers' market, supermarket, little stone fish market, Post Office and numerous little restaurants, bars and shops. Seafront, the house is close to the newly built white marble seafront solarium. There are many little beaches within easy reach. You can swim in deeper water You can swim in deep sea water from the stone sunbathing platform a short walk away. Our guests can use the pool at a nearby hotel for a small charge [it is understood that they will buy drinks and the occasional meal there]. 3 km away is Lovrecina Beach. Here the sea is very shallow, there is lots of sand and its own little seafront restaurant which serves delicious food. You can also see a small herd in a field near the beach.
Supetar, the pretty little port, is only a short bus-ride away. From here, explorers can take buses to locations all over the island. A local bar hosts events featuring singers or local groups around three times a week which most of our guests greatly enjoy as it adds to the fun of the place. In the evening, with a glass of wine, you can watch fire jugglers around the harbour [children love it]. We have air conditioning, double glazing on the top floor. The terrace and window shutters mean that the house remains reasonably quiet..
