Villa Blue Ocean is a perfect addition to our portfolio.
This is one of only three perfect three bedroom villas on the Sea Cliff Village site which is a stunning development overlooking the shoreline in Esentepe.
The villa features a spacious living area equipped with satellite Tv, Dvd, Cd/radio & Wifi.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven and hob, fridge/freezer and with a Dining table .
A separate guest cloakroom is also found on this floor.
Stairs lead to the first floor where further bedrooms are located. The master double bedroom features an en-suite bathroom and the two twin bedrooms share a full family bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning units for either cooling or heating.
Outside each villa is an 10 metre x 4 metre private Infinity swimming pool surrounded by a sunbathing terrace equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, table & chairs.
A purpose built barbecue is provided for summer dining al fresco on those warm summer evenings.
The villa owners pride themselves on their attention to detail and warm hospitality and will do everything they can to make your stay as welcoming and memorable as possible.
The villa and its facilities are strictly for the use of the villa residents only.
Visitors maybe allowed subject to prior approval of the villa management.
Blue Ocean villa is situated close to Esentepe with supermarkets, a bank and most everyday facilities.
In addition there are a number of good quality restaurants and bars close by with some offering a free complimentary pickup / drop home service .
The only golf course in Northern Cyprus is located less than a 10 minute drive away at the Korineum Golf and Spa which warmly welcomes the whole family..even just for drink on the terrace watching or waiting for the golfers to arrive at the 18th Green.
The sandy beaches close at hand include the new Esentepe beach and bar, ( changing facilities, showers, Sunbeds, Parasols and play area available ) plus the world famous Alagadi beach which is a protected and unspoilt area renowned for its Logger head and Leather back turtles.

West, is the ancient town of Kyrenia ( Girne ) built outside the walls of the Ottoman castle guarding the entrance to the picturesque harbour, now full of bars and great places to eat and enjoy an evening.
