views of the huge garden set against the turquoise blue waters of the
Med and the tranquility of the area set you up for the perfect and most
relaxing holiday.
Kerri W Seafront - a modern, luxurious property featuring all modern
amenities is situated in a 3000nm2 seafront plot offering more than
2000m2 of private lawn covered area, a private Beach Volleyball field,
swimming pool and panoramic sea views of the Med.
The ground floor features an open plan fully equipped kitchen with a
breakfast bar and living room-dining area that opens wide to join the
inside of the villa with the outdoors patio, pool and garden area.
The first bedroom is a twin located on the ground floor and is serviced
by a the guest shower room. The first floor offers three more rooms all
en-suite. The Master bedroom furnished with a large comfortable double
bed offers amazing sea views and bedroom TV. The second seafront
bedroom offers two single beds that can be joined to form a double
while the third bedroom which is also a twin offers a bedroom TV.
The whole villa is equipped at the highest standards in terms of
equipment and furniture, is fully air-conditioned and offers free high
speed Wi-Fi internet and satellite TV.
The patio area features large rattan sofa sets and dining table and a
build in BBQ. There are also two remote controlled sunshades to provide
comfort in the hot summer days. There is also private overflow swimming
pool with sunbeds, parasols, chairs and tables
The private seafront, lawn covered garden that spreads over more than
2000m2 is surrounded by low level trees to preserve the unobstructed
sea views ends up at a private beach volley ball field with white sand
and an adjustable net so it can also be used as a beach tennis field.
Kerri W has a second twin villa attached to it that is also available
for rent and shares the garden, swimming pool and beach volley field.
Kerri W is offered either as a 4-bedroom or as an 8-bedroom option so
that the whole outside area, the garden, the pool and the volleyball
field are for private use. The two villas cannot be rented separately.
The rates listed here refer to the 4-bedroom option for up to 8

AREA DESCRIPTION
Protaras Holiday Villa Kerri W Seafront is a new modern and elegantly
decorated seafront property located in a quiet area of Protaras on
Sirina Bay between Golden Coast the Crystal Springs Hotels and only 2
minutes’ walk from the famous Sirina Bay beach.
At Central Protaras only 2 kms away, there can be found many beautiful
beaches and the famous Fig Tree Bay and Sunrise Beach with lots of
water sports on offer like water-skiing, windsurfing, pedalos, diving,
canoeing, para-sailing, fly fish and just about any watersport you may
want. Protaras also offers a plethora of good local and international
restaurants, pubs, cafes and a thriving night-life in the summer
months.
There is also a water park and aquarium that are worth a visit. The
biggest water park in the Middle East can be found just outside of Ayia
Napa which is only 10km away. Closer to the villa, less than three
minutes’ drive away is the more local town of Ayia Triada/Pernera, with
its own 'strip of restaurants which are favored amongst the locals for
the their high quality. Within 5 minutes’ walk you can get to Golden
Coast Fishing Harbor the romantic Sirina Bay or the child friendly
Kalamies Beach.
There is a new coastal walkway that has been built linking Central
Protaras with Pernera. The walk is beautiful and flat making it very
accessible with pram or wheelchair. Along the walkway can be found some
stunning little 'secret' restaurants/cafes where you can stop for
breakfast/coffee on one’s morning walk or for sundowners/dinner in the
evening. It is the perfect place to sit at the end of the day, just a
meter or two from the sea and watch the sunset.
Within just a couple of minutes' walk from the villa you will find a
kiosk, mini-supermarket store a typical English pub, Onasis Fish
Restaurant, Mouzoura Beach Fish Restaurant, as well as one of the most
sought after hot-spots for children of all ages...the famous Sirina Bay
