While they accommodate 14 persons, up to 8 beds can be added for an extra charge so the villa can sleep a maximum of 20 people. Two of the bedrooms are on the ground level and the remaining five are on the first floor. There are 2 kitchens at the villa. The western kitchen, fully fitted for self-catering, is part of the open plan living area, and the Thai-style kitchen with a pantry, oven and stove is located at the rear of the house. The lounge is very spacious and it comes with comfortable sofas and a TV with lots of international channels. Next to it there is a bar, as well as a dining room table with 10 chairs. The city centre is reachable within 10 minutes by car, and the villa is set in a peaceful village in close vicinity to several restaurants. Free Wi-Fi, private parking and daily maid service are included in the rental’s rate.

Security deposit: A refundable security deposit depending on the Villa will range between THB 5,000-50,000 which will be required in cash on arrival please and refunded on departure less any charges that may occur!

Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
