Brand new modern-finished one bedroom apartment with terrace. Located just 150 meters off the Bugibba promenade, in a block of self-catering holiday apartments. The apartment is fully air-conditioned (generous usage limits apply. Please check in the pricing)
The apartment has one main bedroom with twin beds. An extra bed can be added upon request. This apartment does not have a small sleeping area with twin beds like the other one bedroom apartments in the block. Instead, this apartment has a big terrace with some nice sea views of Bugibba harbour. This apartment is the highest 1 bedroom apartment and is on the 6 th floor. This apartment is ideal for couples, families with children or a group of up to 6 friends.
In the living room, there is a modern double sofa bed with chaise lounge. There is also space for an extra bed.
The kitchen is well equipped and the dining table is of the extendable type.
The apartment has a front and rear balcony. The shower room is quite spacious (1. 8mx1. 8m or 6 ft x 6 ft).
Fast unlimited Wifi internet and Tv are free of charge.
Air conditioning and Fans are provided in each room. All doors and windows have insect screens so you can enjoy the fresh sea breeze without worries. Towels and bed sheets are provided.

Bugibba is one of the most beautiful villages in Malta. The flat is located in a quiet area, just 250 mt from the promenade, where a nice rocky beach is ideal for jumping into the sea.
Bugibba has a busy town centre full of shops, banks, pharmacies etc. There one might find more bars, restaurants (also Mc Donalds and Pizza hut) and diving and water sport centres. Ferries to remote beaches and islands like Comino and Gozo leaves from the Bugibba Jetty (just 300 meters away from the flat).
The flat is also close to the best sandy beaches like Mellieha Bay, Paradise Bay, Golden Sands, Gnejna Bay (15 minutes by bus). In winter long walks and picnics in the countryside and along the sea are a must. In summer one can enjoy the sun at the beach in many ways from the most relaxing to the most adventurous ways. In the evening a walk on the promenade or a local village feast is a must. The bus stop is located on the promenade down the road.
From the nearby bus stop (on Bugibba Promenade 250 mt away) you can board any bus to the main beaches, to Valletta, Mdina, Airport, Gozo and Comino ferry terminus, etc.

Please note that in the weekly price of the property utilities are included as per below:
0.5 cubic meters of water per person per week
100 kWh per apartment per week
1 gas bottle per apartment per week
These consumptions for water, gas, and electricity should be more than sufficient for normal use for a week.
If the above-mentioned parameters are exceeded, the following rates will apply for the extra consumptions:
€0.42 per kWh for electricity and €8.60 per cubic meter for water.
The water and electricity meters are noted at the beginning and end of the stay.
Regarding the monthly rate, please note that the price does Never include bills of gas, water, and electricity. The guest will just pay what they consume. Usual estimation is euro 60/80 per month.
