Captain's Cove 102 Pet Friendly! Waterfront Vacation Condo!

2 bedroom 2 bath condo overlooking the intercoastal in Indian Shores, a beach community on the Florida Gulf Coast

Enjoy sitting on the waterfront balcony any time of day. Kitchen, living room, and dining area all enjoy views of the water.

This vacation unit is central to the Gulf Coast beaches of the area. Enjoy long days on the beach which is right across the street. Dining in the smaller beach community diners is nearby, as well as some fine-dining gems. The beach is within walking distance. Area attractions include popular tourist shops, boat tours, dolphin sighting, water sports, fishing, and more.

There are stairs up to the unit. No elevator.

New furnishings throughout the condo.

HOUSE RULES and Special Requirements:
You must be 25 years of age to book any of our homes. The person booking the home must also be one of the occupants.
Saturday to Saturday booking only in the months of Feb, Mar, June, July, and Aug. One week minimum stay.
No Smoking.
One small pet only, under 20 pounds. Additional $150.00 cleaning fee for pet
No Parties.
No Trailers.
Check-in is after 4pm
Check-out is before 10am

Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
