Recently decorated this apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms which can comfortably sleep four to six guests. The apartment is tastefully decorated and well furnished. There is a spacious partly-covered terrace with garden offering all day sunshine with shade for guests who prefer it.
The first bedroom has a king size bed and fold-up bed if required. The second bedroom has twin beds. Both rooms have bedside clock radios. There is an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower, vanity basin, bidet and w/c. There is a shower room off main hall with shower, basin and w/c.
The kitchen is fully-fitted with fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, oven, cooker hood, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a serving hatch to the living room. The living room is furnished tastefully with a dining table and four chairs. There are two sofas one of which is a sofa bed. English Tv is via Sky and there is Dvd player, Cd/radio player and well stocked book shelves.
The main living area is outside on the large patio where there is plenty of room for eating, relaxing or playing games. It gets the sun in the morning and shaded for most of the day. There is a private garden with a sundeck if you wish to sunbathe.
The garage and lift make the apartment easy for a person in a wheel chair but there are steps to the pools.
The tropical gardens are well kept by professional gardeners. There is a swimming pool and a paddling pool for the younger users.
The apartment boasts its own small private garden with a sun deck for sun bathing, where you will find a mandarin tree amongst other colorful plants.
The shared gardens are beautiful and there is a swimming pool and paddling pool.
The underground garage has a lift that goes to the front door of the apartment.
We have tried to supply all the things guests might want on a holiday in the sun, and hope that this will mean not having to take utilities. So what will guests find supplied? Well there are: Bath and hand towels (but not beach towels). Games, both board and those to play on the beach. Two folding chairs/loungers to take to the beach. Also a sunshade, lilo, picnic equipment, safe, books to read in English, Cds to learn Spanish, maps. Spanish dictionary, plenty of coat hangers, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, clothes dryer, Cd/radio, television with Dvd. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find a tea pot and coffee cafeterias and all you will need to be able to cook a family meal. The main feature of the apartment is the patio and garden with plenty of chairs tables and sun beds. Air-conditioning is available for those hot nights.
