Our beautiful vacation villa with private swimming pool is situated in a gated community with lush green tropical surroundings located just outside of Chiang Mai, Thailand. The gated community is called Home in Park. The rental comes with a Toyota Avantra and chauffeur to drive you to your destinations. You will be given a cell phone for your use during your stay. Also included is daily maid service Monday thru Saturday to take care of the cleaning and all of your laundry and ironing needs. So all you have to do is sit back, relax and enjoy your stay. Everything is included in the price except adding minutes to your cell phone and the cost of gasoline that you use during your entire stay. Tips are greatly appreciated by both driver and maid.
The house has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, There is a new 40 inch TV in the master bedroom and another new 40 inch TV in the living room with over 140 channels, an office area with free high speed internet, a dining room, a full kitchen with stove and oven, and a sun room which is your entrance out to the large private swimming pool. There is outdoor furniture and an charcoal Bar B Que for your poolside relaxation time.

Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
