The Villa is a beautiful and very comfortable 3 bedroom villa with a private garden.It has a fully equipped modern kitchen and all appliances.The pool is just outside the villa with 2 bedrooms overlooking the pool. On the rear side of the villa is the lovely forest of the Aguada hill with beautiful birds visiting our private garden. It is located in a peaceful up-market development and is close to all amenities. There are plenty of restaurants and clubs within walking distance and also many lovely walks up the Aguada Hill to Sunset Point at the top of the hill where one can see the most beautiful sunsets. The beach is within 500 meters where all water sport activities are available.
