Xanadu is a truly magical Beach Mansion with private pool situated on the Palm Jumeirah, the unique man-made island built in the shape of a date palm tree, which is home to some of the world's most sought after luxury villas. Guests can enjoy unique beachfront living in astonishing surroundings with stunning water views. Great for parties, functions, weddings, photo shoots, and diplomatic events (subject to surcharge).
SLEEPING: The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total. 4 double bedrooms & 1 twin bedrooms, all with en-suite facilities and walk-in wardrobes.

GENERAL
WORKSTATION: A fully equipped Laptop with WI-FI, webcam and All-in-One Colour Printer/Scanner/Copier available for guest use free of charge. Land Phone (International Direct Dialling), and Fax facility available at additional cost.
BATHROOMS: There are six bathrooms in this villa. All 5 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and there is one additional powder room in the Lobby area. Towels, bathroom accessories and hairdryers are provided.
LAUNDRY: A washing machine and dryer is available along with steam iron and ironing board.
HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE: A served breakfast & evening turn down service is provided by the housekeeper on a daily basis. Towels are changed twice weekly, beach towels daily.
AIR CONDITIONING: The Villa is air-conditioned with most rooms having independent controls.
TRANSPORTATION: One arrival and one departure airport transfer (from and to DXB or DWC) is provided by our driver FREE of charge. Each other day a FREE round trip in the general Jumeirah/Dubai Marina/Emirates Mall area is available to guests (excluding Fridays). The driver is usually available for additional trips which will be charged at low local taxi rates. The car accommodates a maximum of 7 passengers.

SMOKING: The villa is strictly non-smoking, but please feel free to smoke anywhere in the gardens, patio and Belvedere.

DINING: Indoor fine dining area for up to 12 people. BBQ and Al-fresco dining in the outside covered Pavilion for up to 12 people with a gas BBQ station.
KITCHEN: Fully equipped Kitchen with facilities that include an electric cooker and oven, microwave, 2 fridge freezers, integrated wine fridge, dishwasher, mineral water cooler with free refills, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, smoothie machine, cutlery, crockery, glassware and cooking utensils.
LIVING ROOM: There is a 65 inch television, featuring 200+ channels including 7 sports channels & 7 movie channels. There is also a DVD Player, a CD Player and a powerful bluetooth music system.
GAMES ROOM: The games room is equipped with a 55 inch LCD TV, a nintendo Wii console and a pool table.
BAR: A well stocked bar is available for guest use; charged against actual consumption at the time of check out.

Xanadu is also pleased to be the only villa in Dubai to offer a bespoke Golf Concierge Service at no extra cost.
Our Concierge, Tom, will arrange access to, and tee times for, any golf club in Dubai, including the prestigious Emirates Golf Club. Lessons with a professional can also be arranged. Over 50’s will be given automatic membership to the UAE Senior Amateur Tour.
