My bungalow is located on a 4 acre plot of land adjoining the patal Ganga river. The main house offer excellent view of the hills and the river which is adjoining the property. A garden/football ground and swimming pool is on the property itself. The property has private access to the riverside and the river. Boating facilities are available on site and can be arranged on request.
The main bungalow offers 10 rooms, large verandas and a big living room. All rooms are large, have private balconies and attached bathrooms. AC's are available in all bedrooms except when there are electricity fluctuations. We have a backup generator on which fans and lights will run. The property has a driveway leading straight up to the main level of the 3 story bungalow as well as a driveway to the river side.
A separate pool house comprises of 2 bedrooms a large Verandah and a common room
Poolside barbeques along with music can easily be arranged. Seating is available both at the riverside as well as the pool-side.

Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
