The Villa is situated in a natural woodland setting, with outdoor pool.
The Main part of the house has a newly renovated kitchen in keeping with the original style of the house. Appliances are all new and of a quality standard. There is a 5 hob gas stove and electric piano oven. There is also a composter available in the garden.
Off the entrance way there is also a boot room and Wc that’s been newly renovated.
The heart of the home and main salon has high ceilings and open plan living and dining area that can seat 12. There is an open fireplace that takes centre stage, with corner sofa area to relax in. There is a charming wooden mezzanine study area that also has a double sofa bed. There is also a small Snug Tv area to cosy up in and settle down to a good movie.
All bedrooms are double or king and have French doors that open up on to the main terrace.
The master bedroom with king size bed comes with a newly renovated spacious en-suite bathroom equipped with his and her sinks, spacious shower, freestanding bath & toilet.
The second bedroom with king size bed has a newly renovated en-suite with shower, toilet and sink vanity unit.
Two double bedrooms have small washrooms with sink and bidet in the original style of the house and share the end main bathroom.
The end and fifth double bedroom is next to the main bathroom.
The main end bathroom has been newly renovated with a spacious freestanding bath and shower, toilet and sink area.
There is a spacious garden terrace with gas Bbq, herb garden and sunloungers. Steps that lead down to the pool area with outdoor shower.
The garden itself is filled with olive and oak trees, lavender and provincial French flowers.
The location of the villa is perfectly situated to suit all needs, whether wanting cycling and activities - the Gorge Du Verdon in an hours drive away, skiing is also possible 1 hour away when the season. There are local vineyards including the Chateau D’esclans popular Whispering Angel Rose about a 15 min drive away. Frejus & St Raphael Beaches are a 30min drive away, Cannes is about 45mins. The local market on Saturdays sells fruit, veg, cheeses, eggs, meat and of course fresh baguettes & croissants!
There are 3 airports, Nice is the closest, Toulon & Marseille. Les Arcs is the nearest train station. Italy is also only a 2 hour drive away.
