The space
Only 20 meters from the sea and the nearest beach, the apartment is just a 10-minute walk away from Tivat’s town center. It has a fully equipped kitchenette , balcony and air conditioning.
All rooms have soundproofed windows. The kitchenette comes with utensils, glasses, cutlery and dishes. The balcony is fitted with garden furniture and offers view of the Bay of Tivat and Porto Montenegro.
In the living area, guests can find a comfortable sofa, flat-screen cable Tv and coffee table. Ironing facilities are also provided.
Wifi and private parking are free of charge.
There are four restaurants and a shop in the immediate vicinity. The luxurious yacht marina Porto Montenegro is a 5-minute walk away.
Tivat airport is located 6 km from apartment.

The area is very quiet and yet 10 minutes away from city center. The best beach area in Tivat.

Free private parking is available for guests. You can get a taxi from airport or I can arrange transfer for you.

The guests will get recommendations and help regarding excursions, restaurants, places to see, rent a car etc.
