Inside, the villa is set over one floor and is located at the end of a private cul-de-sac. Entrance is onto a spacious and airy lounge (air-conditioned) with sofa, satellite TV, dining table and fully equipped kitchen. The attractive and functional kitchen has 4 cooking rings, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge + large freezer, washing machine, toaster, kettle and all the most modern appliances). Off the lounge, there is a welcoming master bedroom with double bed, air-conditioning, patio doors to the garden and en-suite shower room. The two further bedrooms are respectively a double (double bed + air-conditioning) and a triple (2 single beds, 1 single sofa bed, air-conditioning) and share a modern family bathroom with bathtub. For extra comfort, mosquito screens are fitted and air-conditioning is included in the rental price. If required by the guests, the twin beds can be joined as well as the double beds can be split into twins.
Outside, the swimming pool of Villa Ftelia ticks all the boxes: it is large, mosaic-tiled and provided with exceptionally comfortable sunbeds as well as parasol for endless relaxation while enjoying the views over the surrounding countryside and the mature olive trees. Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
