PAYMENTS:
For guaranteed reservation, FULL DEPOSIT OF PAYMENT is required upon confirmation of reservation. Please give the deposit slip to the person in charge on your arrival.
Note: Additional deposit of Php 1,000.00 is required upon check-in and will be refunded to you once you check out if there are no losses or damages incurred. (Refundable Security Deposit).
Payments for the additional persons can be made upon check-in.
Cancellation of reservation must be made at least 14 days before the reserved date of stay. Your deposit will be forfeited if you fail to inform us about your cancellation 2 weeks before your stay. Cancelled reservations will only be subject to rebooking.
Last minute reservations are still required to pay the full amount of rent prior to the reserved date of stay.
For cancellations of last minute reservations (booking done in one week or less), down payments can be refunded in full amount only if the reason is due to natural calamities. Otherwise, we will just reschedule your reservation.
No Show Policy - Deposits will be forfeited for No-shows. You will be considered a no-show if you fail to appear on the scheduled date of reservation and/or you do not notify us in advance (At least 14 days notice).
