Santa Fe is a very quiet and safe area located 20 minutes west of downtown. Nearby are the Club Habana, the Marina Heminway, varied restaurants, nightclubs and other places of interest.
The Villa offers two beautiful apartments on the top floor of a family house. Each apartment has its own separate entrance and total privacy. They have the following characteristics:
Apartment 1: It has a bedroom with Queen Size bed and a sofa bed, air conditioning, private bathroom with jacuzzi and shower cabin, equipped kitchen, dining room and terrace with sea views. It can accommodate up to 3 people.
Apartment 2: It has a bedroom with Queen Size bed, air conditioning, private bathroom with shower, equipped kitchen, small dining room and terrace with views. It can accommodate up to 2 people.
The exterior areas are composed of large terraces with several living areas, beautiful views and comfortable furniture, a ranchón in the garden, ideal for breakfast or meet friends, barbecue area and a dock with direct access to the canal.

Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
