Villa Calangute Phase 11 is a luscious Bali style villa, just 12 minutes walk to the famous Calangute Beach. After stepping through the beautiful, antique style entrance doors, the delights unfold before you. OPEN SPACED LIVING, PEBBLED BATHROOMS, RAIN SHOWERS AND 180° PANORAMIC VIEWS.

Celebrating the ‘Island of the Gods’, this Bali style villa uses contemporary elements with old world charm. The villa sleeps 8 people in beds but can comfortably fit up to 12 people with 3 king sized beds (with 12" mattresses), 2 single beds and 4 extra mattresses.

The new PARTY ROOM at Phase 11 is a great space for a private party with its own private bar, a dance floor area, booth seating, photo worthy backdrop and bespoke neon lighting. You can book it for INR 7000 per night from 8pm to 4am. You can get your own DJ and drinks too.

Exceptionally, you can rent both Phase 11 and Phase 12 for a 10 bedroom property, catering for 20 to 30 people. Being only a 12 minute walk from Calangute beach, with shared swimming pool, Phase 11 is arguably one of the most breathtaking Bali styled villas in Goa.

THE BEDROOMS:
There are a total of 4 bedrooms; one bedroom is located on the ground floor so is ideal for people with particular mobility requirements. All bathrooms are en suite.
-Grey Bedroom: Downstairs Master Bedroom has a hand carved teak king sized bed (6ft by 6.5ft), closet and en suite bathroom with Kohler 14 inch rain shower head and an extra large vanity unit.
-Large Orange Master Bedroom: Upstairs Master Bedroom has a king bed, double closet with dressing table and mirror. The en suite bathroom features His and Her sinks, rain shower with bathtub. The C shaped windows provide a 180° view of the garden.
-Grey Twin Bedroom: Upstairs bedroom has 2 single beds (3ft by 6.5ft each), wardrobe and bed side table. The balcony overlooks the swimming pool. Bathroom has pebbled floors, mosaic tiles and a lit up mirror, ideal for getting ready day or night.
-Brown Bedroom: Upstairs bedroom with king sized, His and Hers sink, bathtub with rain shower and signature pebbled floors. French Doors open out to a beautiful pool view

THE SWIMMING POOL:
This is the part of the house people say “WHOA!!” when they see it!
The swimming pool is shared with guests from Villa Calangute Phase 12 so unlike a hotel you are not sharing with 100s of people and if phase 12 is empty the swimming pool is essentially private but without the price tag, but no promises.

THE KITCHEN:
We would like to invite you into our world - where you can enjoy better vacations, connect with family and friends, and live life's best moments. The kitchen is great for families where mum and dad can stand in the kitchen and still watch kids around the swimming pool, or everyone sits outside and the barbecue area becomes the new kitchen. Kitchen appliances include:
-4 ring gas stove
- Fridge
- Freezer
- Toaster
- IFB microwave
- Completely stocked with cooking needs, including a huge selection of pots, pans, serving dishes, plates, trays and more.
- Plenty of cooking knives for the chefs in the family.
- Enough forks/spoons/knives/plates for everyone in the family (the house sleeps 12 people, and we’ve never had anyone run out of utensils).
- Morphy Richard kettle. Enjoy an early morning sunrise with fresh ground coffee on the front porch on the cane chair (a family favorite).
-Full sized IFB washing machine
-Outdoor Weber BBQ for rent with coal + Petroleum Jelly - INR 3000 for 1 time use. Grilling utensils included.
- All the cookware necessary to make a gourmet meal. You can enjoy a home cooked meal, order in or ask the Villa Calangute Staff to cook you some authentic Goan dishes.
- Washing machine
-There is space in the garden to have a BBQ.

The kitchen is well equipped with utensils, gas burners, cutlery, crockery, mixer, microwave, toaster, fridge, freezer, kettle, washing machine, etc. You can cook yourself or we can provide Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner, made by professional cooks or delivered by a restaurant for an additional cost. If you wish to opt for a cook, this should be confirmed at the time of the booking. We have limited cooks and it will be difficult to provide the service last minute. Your cook will only be booked once fully payment is made towards this service.

HOUSEKEEPING
-Done daily for 4 hours.
-Bed linen and towels are provided and changed every 5th day.

Our COVID-19 Preventative Plan

The travel industry is rebounding and we want to ensure that your safety, comfort, and well-being are our top priorities. Our COVID-19 Preventative Plan has been put in place to ensure our villas and resort are safe for all our guests, staff and family. These are some of the measures we have put in place to protect our family run business:

During the lockdown:

-During the lockdown we have deep cleaned all our guest rooms, garden, common areas and swimming pool to ensure the highest of cleanliness.

-We have done essential maintenance such as painting the properties and checking that all equipment is in excellent condition and performed pest control. It is important to us to keep our villas and resort in great shape and operating smoothly so we are ready to welcome you back.

Post lockdown:

- As COVID-19 travel bans and restrictions start to lift, we know you are planning your next trip to Goa and realize that your needs have evolved. Cleanliness has always been our top priority but our cleaning protocol has been taken up a notch or two.

- We have enhanced our cleaning methods by adopted a daily 2-step approach to the cleaning of high touch surfaces such as floors, bed posts, tables, hard-backed chairs, doorknobs, handrails, light switches, remotes, wardrobe and cabinet handles, desks, toilets, sinks, bedside tables, kitchen and bathroom surfaces. The 1st step is to CLEAN the area by removing any visible dirt, and then the 2nd step is to DISINFECT the area with cleaning products.

-The rooms and common areas are cleaned daily and sanitized.

-We air and ventilate each room after cleaning.

-We have not only followed industry guidelines for cleaning our holiday homes but taken extra precaution. Extra staff hygiene practices are being implemented. All our staff wears face masks and gloves and instructed to wash their hands thoroughly with soap for at least 20 seconds at several intervals throughout the day.

- The staff’s temperature is checked daily using a contactless thermometer and any signs of a COVID-19 are monitored.

- We have instructed our staff to maintain social distancing of a minimum of 2m.

- We have kept hand sanitizers at all entry points of the property.

- Additional cleaning products available in guest’s rooms, with Dettol sprays kept in each bathroom.

- In order to limit interactions during your holiday, the same supervisor will check you in and out of the property. We are recommending that all paper work such as IDS and C forms are submitted online prior to check in. Although the World Health Organization (WHO) states that there is no evidence to suggest that the virus can be spread via bank notes or coins but we suggest that all rental payments should be cleared online before check in for contactless service optimization.

-Housekeeping is done daily; we will ensure that you have the same housekeeper throughout your stay to limit the number of people that you come into contact with. Alternatively, you can opt out of housekeeping.

-Towels, linens and other items that go in the laundry – Our laundry service has been instructed to wash items using the hottest setting and dry items completely.

-All our properties have a fully stocked first aid kit. Encase of emergencies the phone numbers and addresses of nearby hospitals and health care centers are mentioned in the Property Handbook so you know help is nearby if you need it.

In short, the best protection is to be SAFE, be SMART and be KIND.e charges are reasonable.
