Ideal place for sport fishers and families that want to experience excellent fishing conditions. The cottage sits in a spot with a great view of the fjord, in the small community of Årfor, 12 km west of Foldereid. The cottage is charmingly furnished and has e.g. a double sink in the bathroom, comfortable beds, heat pump, satellite dish with many channels and wireless internet. 50 metres to the fjord of Indre Folda, rich with fish. There is a dock with a 15 ft boat with 10 hp motor and life jackets included in the rent. A 17 ft boat with 30 hp is available for rent, as well as a sonar. Reserve this boat at the same time as the house to make sure you get it. THE BOATS ARE ONLY AVAILABLE BETWEEN MAY 1ST AND OCTOBER 1ST. There are several fishing lakes nearby. There is a separate building with fish cleaning tables, running water, electricity, freezer and fish smoker, shared with a couple of other cottages. This is a great starting point for excursions to Vikna, a large group of islands. Visit the abandoned fishing village of Sør-Gjeslingan. The beds can be combined into double beds.
