On-site facilities include ironing facilities, bedding and towels.
Many local shops (bakeries, groceries, pharmacies, fast food, restaurants ...). Market on Saturday morning.
For sports fans the legendary Roland Garros and the Parc des Princes are 15 minutes from the apartment.
There is an elevator in the building.
The nearest metro stations are: La Defense (7 minutes by tram T2, the tram station is located 8 minutes from the building) or La Porte Maillot (14 minutes by bus 244). Tourist Office nearby.
The apartment is available from 15h; they must be released by 11am at the latest.
The apartment is located in the heart of town, close to many local shops: bakeries, grocery, restaurants, pharmacy and Monoprix.
The market is held on Wednesday and Saturday mornings close to the building. Everything is done on foot!
A large park with children's playground is located nearby. The Bois de Boulogne is a few minutes walk. A large shopping center is located in La Défense (7 minutes by tram).

Terms: Standard check-in is 3:00 pm, standard check-out is by 11:00. Early arrival (8: 00-12: 00 am) and late departure (12: 00-17: 59) are charged with 50% of the rate. Departure after 18:00 is charged as 1 night.
