The luxury bungalow offers three large airconditioned bedrooms, each equipped with modern attached bathrooms, with hot showers and toilets. The long verandah is a great place to absorb the surrounding natural beauty and tranquillity of the garden with flowering plants and trees, viewed from all the bedrooms. Wake up to the sounds of many varieties of birds and enjoy the butterflies visiting the garden regularly. Relax in the armchairs and doze off to the sound of the lapping waters of the Yodhawewa Tank. This is a property that offers hotel comforts in a homely environment.

Located on the serene shores of an inland fresh water lake, known as the Yodha Wewa Tank, the Bungalow offers the highest standards of modern conveniences, in a quiet country setting.
LOCATION & SURROUNDING: The Bungalow is built on a one acre site bordering the Yodha Wewa Tank. It is 15 minutes drive to the Yala junction and another 15 minutes to the Yala National Park entrance. Sri Lanka's reknowned Yala Wild Life National Park attracts thousands of international and local enthusiasts each year. The Park provides unique opportunities for visitors to enjoy watching leopard, bear and elephants in their natural habitat. Other attractions include- crocodile, deer, sambar, wild bore, wild buffalo and peacock and may varieties of birds including migratory birds such as flamingos. Four wheel drive tours take you into the park every morning and afternoon.
This Bungalow is in close proximity to the historic town of Kataragama and other religious sites such as Sithulpawwa and Kirinda temples. The four stupas in Tissamaharama are also in the vicinity.
ACCOMMODATION : The three airconditioned bedrooms provide you with a very clean comfortable king size bed in each bedroom and an extra folding bed with mattress, along with spotless white linen. We maintain very high hygienic and service standards, as we believe it is the key to a great weekend! Additional folding beds could be added to the rooms.
DINING & LOUNGE: The resident cook will prepare your meals using the provisions you bring. We could also provide you with cooked meals according to the menus chosen by you, if notified a few days before arrival. These meals will be charged by the meal.
Entertain your family and guests around a solid Mahogany antique design dining table that seats ten people. Then relax afterwards on traditional rattan lounge chairs that are reminiscent of the Dutch era four centuries ago.

Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
