Kalkan Apartment Amelie is a beautiful, fully air-conditioned, 3 bedroom penthouse apartment, which nestles in a quiet corner of Kalkan's charming old town and boasts spacious, and comfortable accommodation for up to 6 guests with a beautiful roof top terrace and private plunge pool from which to enjoy spectacular panoramic views of Kalkan Bay.
Apartment Amelie was fully reconfigured and refurbished for the 2015 season and now includes 3 en-suite bedrooms on the lower floor, with individual balconies and sea views, and an upper floor which hosts the open plan living area with access to the roof terrace through large sliding glass doors. The roof terrace is equipped with a sink, stone BBQ, fridge, private plunge pool, outside shower, 4 sun loungers and a table and chairs. There are a further 2 sunloungers by the shared pool on the lower floor.
The bathrooms are new, modern and fully tiled. New travertine tiling is used on the floors throughout the property. The kitchen is also new with white cupboard facings and tiles and a travertine worktop. The plunge pool has a depth of around 1.0m and is blue mosaic tiled with a bench seat along the rear edge facing south. An expanse of glass used to maximise the views over the bay.
Anything you need is on your doorstep; Kalkan's harbour, beach and boutiques are minutes away so it is easy for guests to enjoy all the delights of this beautiful resort. Local supermarkets are very close by and there is an abundance of good restaurants within a short walking distance. Apartment Amelie is simply in an excellent location.
During the heat of the day guests can use the private plunge pool or take the short flight of steps down from the apartment to the ground floor where there is a swimming pool shared with just 2 other apartments.
The open plan living area conveniently has sliding doors leading out onto the beautiful, wrap around, furnished roof terrace offering fantastic Mediterranean views. There is also a further W/C on this floor.
