That is when you can draw yourself away from your own private pool which sits in a picturesque tropical garden setting. The design of each villa on this first class estate is such that you are not overlooked by anyone. This gives you privacy to enjoy your surroundings to the hilt. Meals can be prepared in the fully fitted and well equipped kitchen area which is part of your open plan living space. This area also includes an indoor dining area and a lounge. When it comes to meal times the chances are that they will be served on your spacious outdoor terrace which overlooks the garden and pool. With the elevated position your villa holds you will feel the fresh ocean breeze on a regular basis, and time spent relaxing by the pool or in the outdoor Sala will be pleasures you will quickly get used to. Electricity Charges for 5BHK Villas and above: Electricity is free up to 100 units per day over this a charge of 7 baht per unit is made! Please save power and switch your air-conditioning off when not in use.
Security deposit: A refundable security deposit depending on the Villa will range between THB 5,000-50,000 which will be required in cash on arrival please and refunded on departure less any charges that may occur!
