The villa is built next to clean drinking water river. Property has six bedrooms and 5 toilets. Property is divided in two portions
1) Bungalow next to river. It has one big hall and one room on top. It has two toilets and exclusive Gazebo. Suitable for 8 people coming in group or with families. Fitted with 2 AC and TV
2) Separate 4 bed room area which has privacy of 4 rooms with three toilets. Suitable up to 12 people.( More Privacy is available for couples)
No. I Room, has double bed and attached toilet.
No.2 &3 Rooms has 2 double beds and a common toilet. All three rooms have AC and No.1&2 rooms have TV also.
No.4 room is one room apartment, has one double bed and 4 beds in sitting room is available. One common toilet is also provided. One AC is provided.
There is a common Gazebo, where buffet are arranged.
This common Gazebo has amenities such as fans and cots/ chairs for people to relax.
Guest have access to common Gazebo, ground area and river front.
Owner is available for interactions with guest on (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN).
The place is situated near the foothills of Bhimashankar mountains. The surroundings are lush green. There are no factory or industry close by.
From Karjat come over the river bridge straight to Murbard highway. After passing couple of village just before village Kadao from Vikash Motors turn right into Tata Road. Stay on this road for 6.7 KM you will find Rippling edge @ gadhok cottage on the left. ( Two yellow boards can be seen on either side of the road.
Nearest Railway station is 18 Km. Generally share a rickshaw is available to come to our place.
We normally request to bring their own transport.
Full meals are available at cost Rs 1300 per person (non Veg) Rs 1200 for veg.( Subject to change any day)
the above prices includes lunch, tea , barbecue and dinner. Breakfast is included in the room rent.
PETS ARE NO PROBLEM
Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
