STUNNING SEAVIEWS IN LUXURY COMPLEX AND LESS THAN 1 KM FROM BEAUTIFUL CHAWENG BEACH!

Villa, constructed over three levels connected by stairwells on a beautifully landscaped, ocean-facing hillside with jaw-dropping sea views from every level of the house, is situated inside an exclusive luxury villa complex with gated entrance and round the clock security. This beautiful and luxurious 4-bedroom/ 5 bathroom villa combines Thai tropical elegance with high European standards and amenities.

The first level offers parking areas with tropical gardens and lawns going up to the pool level featuring four well appointed air-conditioned en-suite double bedrooms subtly decorated with attractive Asian art. The 2 master bedrooms are in the main building and a separate ‘Bali-style Wing’ houses 2 more en-suite bedrooms. All have wall-to-ceiling sliding glass doors opening onto the pool deck drawing in the cooling sea breezes. In the master suite and guest bedroom an appealing sense of space pervades with walk-in wardrobes and spacious bathrooms.

The airy upper floor comprises an expansive living room, beautifully lit at night with concealed lighting literally folds open from the floor to ceiling windows onto stunning sea and mountain views. Comprised of plush furnishings and a surrounding area sofa for festive social gatherings, the room also boasts of state-of-the-art audio visual systems, as well as an office alcove and library. The attached dining area, seating up to eight at a magnificent Thai designed table is also bathed in arresting island views while adjacent sliding wall-to-ceiling glass doors open to a cushioned outdoor seating and dining area and breakfast bar.

The lower pool level offers guests an ideal spot for daytime relaxation and sun worship on a spacious deck furnished with sun beds surrounding the villa’s tempting 40 sq. meter turquoise infinity pool — the latter reaching out towards the ocean and blue horizon beyond. The outdoor lounge space provides further cushioned comfort with a second dining table for alfresco meals, and there’s also ping pong table and open-air shower.

What an amazing holiday!!! The view of the ocean and the lush green mountains were amazing. The villa was just far enough from the crowds but still close enough to not feel too far away from the beach and attractions. The mini-bus driver met us at the airport and drove us to the villa with the air-conditioner on high to keep us nice and cool on our first day in the humidity. We saw several nice restaurants on the way to the villa that we were able to easily get to later on our own. The villa itself was enormous. Four giant bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, air conditioner and flat screen TV. The villa has a huge living room with seating for at least 20 people and a giant TV with surround sound. They even had a computer for us to use with high speed internet. Everything was just as it should be. A modern kitchen with all stainless steel appliances, not that we did much cooking with all of the great restaurants to choose from. My favorite part was watching the sunrises from the lounge chairs around the pool. We felt very safe and the security guard at the gate gave us a wave and a huge smile every time we came and went. We even found time to have a few intense ping pong matches in the evenings. My wife loved the fact that they had a small book library for her to browse. I hope that this villa is available for out next trip to Koh Samui!!!

I could not wait to get home to write this review. The villa was even better in person than in the pictures – what a beautiful and peaceful surrounding. Cord was an amazing host and everything from the email communication to the airport transfer and throughout our stay, he was very attentive and made things very smooth for us. The villa itself is amazing! It is very spacious, with beautiful sea and mountain views from the swimming pool and all the rooms. We especially liked waking up with morning coffee and watching the sunrise on the comfortable deck furniture. The master bedroom was incredible with a 4-poster bed and large walk-in wardrobe and his/her sinks and vanities. The kitchen and dining area are very spacious with beautiful granite counters, an island for cooking and breakfast bar seating for the kids. The kids also enjoyed the ping pong table and entertainment centers in their bedroom and living room. The location is very convenient and there is a great Thai restaurant just down the road on the corner (sorry forgot the name) and it was very delicious and great prices too. We had many meals there and would highly recommend it! All in all, it was a terrific villa and we would highly recommend it. Thank you Cord! We will be back.
