The Stay

Ever dreamt of staying in Portuguese villa? Stay at the Mesquita Portuguese Villa and fulfil your heart’s desires.

This 200-year old, restored Portuguese villa accommodates upto 14 adults in its seven bedrooms. It is fully furnished and various artefacts adorn the bungalow. The predominant design here is that of flowers which can be seen on the floor, wallpaper, curtains and bathroom tiles.

Divided into separate wings, one wing has four bedrooms with three bathrooms. These are all air-conditioned rooms.

The other wing has three non-air-conditioned room. These come with two bathing spaces. Built in the traditional Portuguese architecture, these rooms come with high ceilings which add to the cool breeze during summers.

Each wing comes with a separate kitchen—all of which are fully functional and stocked up with utensils and crockery. There are two refrigerators, a microwave and all other appliances that you will need for your kitchen to run smoothly.


Whoever booking for 8 people will get 4 bedrooms, 10 people will get 5 bedrooms and 12 people will get 6 bedrooms, 14 people will get 7 bedrooms, 16 people and above will get entire villa.


The bedrooms come with attached bathrooms. While the entire house shares a common theme of flowers, these are most evidently in the sprawling bathing spaces where the tiles carry these designs.

The additional features of the property include an AC outhouse which can sleep 4 more people, a large new swimming pool, a kids pool and a jacuzzi.

The Mesquita Portuguese Villa is a short 500 metres away from the Benaulim beach. All facilities like restaurants, cafes, bars, supermarket and ATMs are in the locale.

1) Wear proper swimming costumes before entering the pool.
2) Switch all electronics off before leaving, like AC, TV and the lights before you leave the apartment/villa.
3) Don’t hamper others privacy.
4) Late check in/check out possible.

7) Pets not allowed.
8) Any damage or loss in property or of personal belongings shall be borne by the guest. We are not be liable for any loss of the kind.
