The flat is at the back of our house, with separate access for independent coming and going. Ideal for a solo business traveller but will comfortably accommodate a couple or just two friends travelling together
King size bed for an excellent & comfortable sleep. Air conditioner / heater will ensure you are comfortable regardless of the weather outside. Close to nearby attractions, shops and beaches.
Relax in comfort and watch an array of shows on Netflix, full dstv, you tube, uncapped fibre on our smart tv.
The studio apartment also has a comfortable work station for business travelers or if you need to work on a comfortable desk and office chair
The uncapped fibre Wifi is by way of a 10Mbps line and is available 24/7.
Your security is assured by way of a state of the art security system with armed response, electric fence and perimeter beams.
You will have peace of mind as your car is also safe with one available single separate garage parking inside the property.
A braai or barbecue stand is available on request if you feel like having a good old fashioned South African barbecue
You can also make use of the pool for those hot Durban days but please make sure you notify me before enjoying a swim
The apartment is ideally located for those visiting Durban for a holiday or work. It is 30 km south of King Shaka International Airport and a number of Durban’s major attractions can be found within a few kilometers:
- Durban Botanical Gardens: located a few hundred meters away, it is worth taking a walk down to see what is (arguably) the rarest plant in the world - Wood’s Cycad
- uShaka Marine World: here you can visit the beautiful aquarium, have some fun at the Wet ’n Wild slide park or enjoy the shopping and food on offer. Located 6 km away.
- The Golden Mile: this is Durban’s jewel and you won’t regret heading down one morning to enjoy it at its best. A long stretch of golden sand and warm water, hugged by a wide promenade ideal for walking, running or anything with wheels. Located just 4 km away.
- Moses Mabhida Stadium: the beautiful arched stadium, which hosted the semi-final of Swc 2010, is a must-see while in Durban and is only 4 km away. If looking is a little too tame, you could try out the Big Swing! The outer grounds of the stadium is also home to the popular 'i Heart Market' which takes place on the first Saturday of every month and offers a range of locally crafted goods.
- Suncoast Casino: if gambling is your thing, this very popular casino is located within 4 km of the flat. The establishment also houses a range of restaurants and a cinema. The casino complex is the starting point of the North Beach Parkrun - this is a very popular 5km run which happens every Saturday morning and is a great way to take in The Golden Mile.
- Florida Road: this road is home to a number of popular restaurants, pubs and clubs. Located less than 2 km away.
