This small townhouse is located in the centre of Alvor, a fishing village between Portimão and Lagos in the Algarve.
The Space:
On the ground floor there is a friendly, bright and functional living and kitchen area and a bathroom with shower. A spiral staircase leads to the first floor with 2 bedrooms. One is furnished with a double bed and a small television, the second with a bunk bed. The apartment is ideal for a couple with 1-2 children.The real highlight of this beautiful accommodation is undoubtedly the private roof terrace with a very nice view over the village and the "Ria de Alvor". A large dining table with a practical shade roof, the typical Portuguese barbecue area and a sink make this terrace a perfect airy living and dining room. Sun lovers will also find a place here during the day and you can enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine.
The Neighborhood:
To the extensive sandy beach it is less than 1000 meters. In summer you are 10 metres away from the party mile of Alvor with its colourful nightlife. The house is located diagonally opposite the famous Bar Bolan. Please note that the night's rest does not begin until well after the usual time. In winter, Alvor turns back into a quiet, sleepy fishing village.
Other Things to Note:
The prices are valid as a total price for up to 4 persons and include the costs for electricity, gas, water, final cleaning, bed linen and towels. Possible heating costs will be charged according to consumption. The prices are only valid for bookings of seven days or longer. Arrival and departure is possible on any day of the week.
