The recently refurbished villa is 100 meters from the sea in one of the main seaside resorts of Palermo.
Set in a beautiful natural setting between the sea of the Addaura and the mountain of Montepellegrino,
There are some exclusive clubs in the immediate vicinity, both for access to the sea and for nightlife.
Mondello beach is about 1 km away, while Palermo's center is about 10 km away.
Both are, however, accessible by buses.
In front of the villa you will find the Bathing Resort of the Marsa, where you can access it by paying about 20/25 euros per person.
For the free access to the sea, however, you can use the two gates on the sides of Mars.
Very close by you will find two more Lidi "the World's Ombellico" and "Addaura Wave", as well as other sea gates, some of them with concrete platforms, very comfortable to relax and sunbathe.
The villa is very well exposed to the sun and is equipped, as well as a carriage garden, also a delightful and ventilated patio / veranda.

- a L-shaped living room with a living area - sitting area and a relaxation area with a sofa bed for two people.

- a large bathroom with shower (140 x 70)

- a large outdoor lobby with kitchen and barbecue.
In the living area you will find a 49 inch Smarttv - flat screen with satellite and digital terrestrial channels and a mini Hi Fi system.
Throughout the villa you can use Wi. Fi. for free.
In the garden there is an outdoor shower with hot water
- closed in glass and masonry - which is a great solution when you come back from the sea and want to cool off before you get home.
In the living room and in the bedroom there are the heat pumps.

In addition to all kitchen utensils, there is a washer, a large freezer with drawers, microwaves, fryer, Nespresso coffee machine, blender and much more.
For your safety, you can take advantage of a small safe.
The villa is equipped with a video surveillance system as well as an alarm system.
Outside the villa, given the large spaces, you can park easily but, if you want, you can enter the car in the garden.
At the rear of the villa you will find a large atrium equipped with a telescopic tent, a large table with chairs for 10 people and an outdoor kitchen plus a gas barbecue.
In the immediate vicinity, about 200 meters away, you have a Supermarket, a Brewery and a Good Restaurant (4 Steps) where you can eat a great fresh fish.
