The apartment is located on the first floor and has a total floor area of 110 m² and has 60 m² of perimeter verandas with a view of the sea. It is built in a two-storey building which consists of two more apartments on the south side.
Entering the apartment, we find the dining room and the living room equipped with the necessary furniture and a 42-inch smart tv capable of connecting to the Internet, with usb ports so you can watch your favourite films.
To the right of the apartment’s entrance, we find the fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need for your stay. All areas have a view of the sea.
The same area has access to the east veranda which is about 40 m² and there you will find a dining table for six people where you can enjoy your breakfast or a glass of wine late in the evening overlooking the lights of Rethymno and the Fortezza fortress.
Northwest of the living room, there is the bathroom, and three bedrooms, one of which has its own wc. All bedrooms have access to the northern balcony and are not adjacent to the neighbouring apartments, thus ensuring necessary privacy in the evening hours.
The first bedroom has a double bed. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third one has a single bed. A baby cot can be placed in the apartment as well, for the families that want one.
The bedrooms are also equipped with everything you will need for your stay,
(bed linen, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, hangers, etc.).
In the living room, the two three-seater sofas can accommodate two more people.
There is free Wi-fi inside and outside the whole apartment.
There is a solar water heater for 24-hour hot water as long as there is sunshine and an electric water heater for hot water during the winter.
The apartment also has cooling and heating air conditioning as well as a heat pump for heating in winter.
Opposite the building, there is a parking space which you can use during your stay.

Location
The apartment is located at the beginning of the Violi Charaki area. At a distance ofmetres from the flat, you can find all the shops you may need (super market, bakery, dry cleaners, hairdresser, chemist, butcher, flower shop, etc.).
We think that the position is ideal because it gives you the ability to have direct access to any part of the County of Rethymno that you want and to the other counties since Rethymno is located in the centre of Crete. This is the reason why many visitors make it the base for their stay and visit the other counties, too, during their holidays.
We are located just 450 metres from the junction that joins the Rethymno-chania highway and the Rethymno-heraklion highway. The same junction leads to the city of Rethymno and its city centre is 3.5 klm distant. Also, Rethymno’s central beach is 4.5 klm from the apartment.
