The 2-bedroom summer home is great for travelers looking for a private and serene location that isn’t far from a beautiful unspoiled beach and points of interest. There is an adjoining terrace outside the living room with an outdoor dining table for 4, right next to a bright blue pool and a green lawn. The villa has 2 floors, 2 bathrooms and a guest toilet in the living room. The lounge and kitchen are open plan and on the ground level. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV with a DVD player, while the western kitchen features all the appliances for smooth meal preparation, including an oven and a coffee maker. Both bedrooms are located on the villa’s first floor and can accommodate up to 4 persons. They have modern fittings, air-cons, and en suite bathrooms; the master bedroom comes with a king size bed while the other bedroom features a queen size bed. You can rent both semidetached villas, sleeping 8 persons. The villa has a washing machine and private parking, and daily cleaning and free Wi-Fi are included. It is located in Maenam in northern Samui, with a white-sanded Maenam Beach only a 1.5 km away. Spas, convenience stores, and restaurants are about 1,200 meters away and therefore reachable both by car and on foot.

Security deposit: A refundable security deposit depending on the Villa will range between THB 5,000-50,000 which will be required in cash on arrival please and refunded on departure less any charges that may occur!

Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
